Praetor Dragon

A huge statue that guards the gate to the Mountain Kingdom of Sheared Peak. This Kingdom was a haven for the most religous of Dwarves who worshiped Stonehand the Elder. Legend says that Stonehand spent a lifetime shearing off the top of a mountain surviving only from rain water, lichen and the occasional bird. Once this area was discovered by miners, who dug upwards for more than twenty years, it was declared holy land. It was later discovered that a trail had been laid around the mountain by Drow who also considered the mountain a sacred area. After a consultation of the highest Dwarven wizards a huge Praetor Dragon was conjured from stone. When approached the Praetor comes to life and judges whoever wishes to pass the gate. After a series of inquiries the three heads confer and vote. If the vote fails the indiviual is immersed in the flame of Praetor. (Skill checks against Diplomacy and Perception. Praetor will usually ask questions of valor and achievements. Left head will always vote against unless a role 18 or higher on perception checks. Evil alignments are strictly forbidden by the dragon and are sometimes attacked without any warning.)

Obie's Songpage

Obie was the greatest Bard of the Four Southwinds. According to Obie. Nonetheless he was bestowed, by a Wizard, with a magic songpage. Obie's voice was described as a high pitch scream, which made animals shake their heads and sometimes as the lowest rumble, enough to disturb ones bowels. Although Obie could not control or predict at which pitch his voice would be, he was a master of the lute, flute, harp and lyre. (For Bards only. Page can be used 1d4 x per day. Remains a blank note sheet until folded. When folded and shaken it will produce a random tune that will be of benefit to the party. Once per day will bestow a random spell on the Bard's instrument. At higher levels a Bard can write practiced tunes on the blank page and call them up later on command.)

Taken from the Netherworld by a high priest of Finder, they were the property of a fallen God of Gamblers who only exists to protect his last believer. (Blessed, used once per day, will grant 2d6 requests for one day. Limited to requests of basic survival such as food, water, heal, transport,etc. Cannot raise dead or cause death.)

Fallspore Tower

Located three leagues west of Village Hedgewall, Fallspore was built as a warning outpost during the Orc uprising. During that time the floor was covered in pitch and alit in face of the oncoming army. It is 80ft tall and completely sealed at the bottom.
(The tower has been used only three times in the last century and came under control of the Demon Halsborn. He used it as a base for schemes to control humanity while amassing great unknown treasures. His actions gained attention from higher demons who imprisoned him in the tower for supposed impunity of total control. Can only be entered from the top due to a spell protecting the walls. Occupied by a Palrethee and a treasure chest. Floor is covered in pitch.)

Darmagen's Blinder

Created by the Mistress Seer, Darmagen, the blinder will show the wearer what is happening exactly thirty-seven seconds into the future.(Cursed Item- ST vs WILL or blindness will occur for d2o minutes. Permanent damage to eyes after three uses.)

Darius' Stepladder

Built by Darius, accidental apprentice of Tarvel Rye. Carved from Krango Giraffo wood, this ladder has the ability to extend to a random height when placing foot on top step. (Height= d20 x ft, ST vs FORT, effect is instant and can cause injury.)
